海佳现代化智能总装车间拥有3条无梭织机脉动流水线，1条凸轮装配流水线。

脉动流水线是利用自动化装备、数字化软件和信息化管理系统，建立起高端无梭织机的标准化生产流程和智能制造模式，通过线体规划，利用RGV和AGV自动化物料搬运设备与配套软件调度系统实现框架的平台转运、线体转运、成品下线转运、成品入库等流程的自动化，线体应用了48台RGV小车负责装配工位的转运；12台激光导航AGV负责整个车间物流自动化转运。

安装过程中，MAS系统和ERP等信息系统的高效使用，确保了车间的信息化运转。 

Haijia modern intelligent assembly workshop has three pulsating assembly lines for shuttleless looms and one cam assembly line.

The pulsating assembly line uses automated equipment, digital software and information management systems to establish a standardized production process and intelligent manufacturing model for high-end shuttleless looms. It is realized through line planning and the use of RGV and AGV automated material handling equipment and supporting software scheduling systems. For the automation of the framework's platform transfer, line transfer, finished product off-line transfer, and finished product warehousing, the line uses 48 RGV trolleys to be responsible for the transfer of assembly stations; 12 laser navigation AGVs are responsible for the automated transfer of the entire workshop logistics.

During the installation process, the efficient use of information systems such as MAS system and ERP ensured the information-based operation of the workshop.

加工车间是海佳打造的智能化水平高的车间，配备20多条进口柔性加工生产线，采用信息化管理手段，自动控制和管理织机关键部位精密零部件的加工过程，包括制造质量的自动控制、故障的自动诊断和处理及制造信息的自动采集和处理，实现零部件自动化精加工，加工精度达到0.01mm，极大的提高了整机稳定性和使用寿命。

It is equipped with more than 20 imported flexible processing production lines and uses information management methods to automatically control and manage the processing of precision parts in key parts of the loom, including automatic control of manufacturing quality. , automatic diagnosis and processing of faults and automatic collection and processing of manufacturing information, realizing automatic finishing of parts, with a processing accuracy of 0.01mm, which greatly improves the stability and service life of the entire machine.

海佳具有完善的售后服务体系和质量保证体系，公司坚持“一切为了用户”的服务原则，专门建立了一支专业的技术服务队伍，并在国内设立了6个售后服务网点，在印度、土耳其、巴基斯坦、越南等国家建设售后服务中心，负责为客户提供全面的售后服务及技术解决方案。此外，公司质量部门每月对客户进行回访，及时收集客户意见并形成报告，一时间响应客户反馈。

在客户服务的流程上，海佳售后服务贯穿于设备安装与调试、用户培训、设备维修与保养、定期巡检、故障诊断、技术支持等环节中，真正实现客户服务的全流程监控与管理。

海佳正在借助信息化系统建立海佳售后服务管理平台，通过二维码追踪，对设备主动预测以及有效统计分析，实现设备远程运维，自主诊断，预测维护。引入PLM产品全生命周期管理，对已售出设备账目进行管理，以设备的角度管理设备的历史服务记录，配件更换记录，驱动程序，设备监控等等，形成一整套设备管理履历，实现完整的售出设备全生命周期管理，为售后服务全流程管理与模块运行提供有利的基础数据保障。

At present, Haijia is establishing Haijia after-sales service management platform with the help of the information system. Through two-dimensional code tracking, it actively predicts and effectively analyzes the equipment, and realizes remote operation and maintenance, independent diagnosis, prediction and maintenance of the equipment. PLM product full life cycle management is introduced to manage the accounts of the sold equipment, manage the historical service records, parts replacement records, drivers, equipment monitoring, etc. of the equipment from the perspective of the equipment, form a complete set of equipment management history, realize the complete life cycle management of the sold equipment, and provide favorable basic data guarantee for the whole process management of after-sales service and module operation.
